Sayen has devoted his 30-plus-year career to executive-level service in the federal government in healthcare policy, most recently as the regional administrator at the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid. He will share his insider perspective on the changes in healthcare, focusing on three overarching themes that have driven the evolution over the decades: person-centered care, the increasing role of government, and the impact of digital technology on health services.
Sayen also specializes in developing and executing campaigns related to public health,
health insurance, and access to health services and can share the lessons learned
from a career in public health.
