Alone Together is a collection of scenes and monologues written for live performance over video-call. While each of the twelve pieces is self-contained, the material’s continued focus on human connection amidst a global pandemic serves to weave a meta-narrative regarding the nature of bonding in the digital age, one’s relationship to the passage of time, and how the disruption of everyday life may lead to the revealing of an individual’s truth.

The Mills College Theater Studies program specializes in the education of skilled actors, directors, playwrights, and other creative professionals within a liberal arts setting.
